I am an ICF-certified Holistic Life Coach, IFS-informed practitioner and certified meditation and mindfulness coach.
I also hold a Ph.D in art history and am the co-founder of Body & Soul Collective. My passion is helping my clients find their own authentic path and discover freedom on the other side of fear.
